CRESS & CO. was founded in 1979 by Caroline Cressman.  Rob Cressman joined the firm in 1982 and became President in 1994.  He holds designations in G.R.I. (Graduate of Real Estate Institution) and C.R.B. (Certified Real Estate Broker).  He is also RELO certified, ARC, RCCM, and ACRC. Rob is a Past President of the of the Kent Board of Realtors and the Kent Washington Board of Realtors. In 1999, Rob was the recipient of the Realtor of the Year award. He has been awarded the Multi-Million Dollar Circle of Excellence award from the Kent Washington Board of Realtors consistently since 1986.  Rob is active on many local and state boards as well as many community activities.
